Heel Surgery

We perform minimally invasive heel surgery during outpatient visits at our cutting-edge surgical suite. This eliminates the expense and inconvenience of going to the hospital. Our surgical suite features:

  • Full surgical theater
  • Complete sterility
  • CT fluoroscopy machine
  • Convenience
  • Less cost than a hospital
  • Inhouse x-rays

We make tiny incisions during minimally invasive heel surgery, so the procedure requires less healing time and leaves minimal scars. It is performed under local anesthetic and has lower morbidity than conventional open surgery.

Heel Surgery

Some surgeries may still need to be done at a hospital. But we routinely perform heel surgery in our minimally invasive surgery suite at our office.
Heel surgery can help with heel spurs that can cause extreme pain and trouble walking. A heel spur is a hook of bone that forms at the back of the foot, at the base of the ankle. The symptoms include pain in the lower ankle, which increases when walking.

For cases that are not responsive to other methods, surgery can be a permanent solution. We can perform a heel spur resection in the comfort of our surgical suite.
